Slash: Recruiting Myles Kennedy to Sing at Rock Hall Ceremony Was ‘Very Last Minute’

Guns N’ Roses were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame earlier this month, and unless you’ve been living under a boulder of sorts, you already know that Axl Rose opted out of the festivities. Slash Takes Home Riff Lord Award at 2012 Revolver Golden Gods

Ex-Guns N’ Roses rocker Duff McKagan hit the stage to present the Riff Lord honor — another new category at the 2012 Revolver Golden Gods — one “for six-string guitar shredders,” as McKagan put it.
