Many El Paso residents keep their passports handy as they travel regularly into Juarez. The rest of Texas may soon need to adopt the same habit.

Texas recently ramped up the penalties for being involved in a street takeover and now, just filming one can get you in trouble.

The piece of legislation is HB 900.
