This is something the NFL and TV has established quite well when teams have to travel to the Northwest to play in Seattle. You can hear how loud they are during the game, but I guess that wasn't good enough for the TV network. They actually had sideline reporter Michelle Tafoya give a demonstration of how loud they are.
