When youthful enthusiasm, minimum wage and a filthy pair of clown shoes is mixed with fast food prepared by the downtrodden generation, sometimes it becomes necessary to report bad service to the corporate office.
You might remember me telling you the other day about my love for Mexican food...well, I guess my love of food in general...but today I have to share what is probably my favorite Mexican dish. Of course it involves cheese. I've always believed you can make anything good by either A)frying it, B)adding cheese to it, or C)all of the above.
I love Mexican food. Okay, I love food in general, but Mexican food is right up there in the top of the list with Japanese and Chinese. The order shuffles around depending on the day. There are only a few things I don't like in my Mexican food, or really any food. I don't do lengua. Sorry, not going to happen. I don't do nacho cheese, it's horrible. But most of the rest of it I love.
One of my favorites?
Kobayashi is probably the most famous competitive eater in the world, but the digestive dynamo did not get to participate in the Fourth of July Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest thanks to a feud with Major League Eating.
What's best about Streetfest is what's best about summer -- hot babes, cold beer, great food, cool rides, and soundtracking it all to an awesome tune. The Streetfest Slowdown for the second night of the big party has all that and more!
I was reading some stuff on Facebook today, and some of my friends were wishing certain restaurants would deliver, since they didn't feel like getting up and going. That made me think of how many times I've been sitting around wishing I could get something delivered other than pizza. I love pizza, but I can't eat it every day, or I wouldn't be physically able to get up to go.
Sometimes I'm afraid of my brain. I was reading the story today that Duke posted about the guy here in El Paso who was biting people on the bus, and for some reason my brain asked me, "How many calories do you think are in a human brain? Would they be part of a healthy diet?"
Hell yeah, Balloonfest was still a blast! Memorial Day weekend rocked with great bands, great food and great fun at Wet-N-Wild Waterworld. It's even more fun when you get to slow it down and take it easy. Who knows, with our slow-motion replay, you might even spot yourself in the crowd!
If you're like me, you're busy and you don't have a ton of time to spend in the kitchen. But, that doesn't mean your taste buds have to suffer! I made an instructional step-by-step video of me making my favorite recipe for you guys!
There's probably a reason I'm called Stephanie the Corporate Computer Babe and not Stephanie the Corporate Cupcake Baker. I got the urge to be all domestic this weekend and get my bake (and nerd) on by making Super Mario cupcakes. Seemed e
