Foo Fighters, Bon Jovi and Blink-182 have been revealed as the headliners for the The Bamboozle 2012, set for May 18-20. The festival, now in its 10th year, will also return to North Beach Asbury Park in New Jersey for the first time since 2005.
With pop acts seemingly getting all the attention these days, seeing Foo Fighters representing rock in the 2012 Grammy Awards is a breath of fresh air for fans. The band is nominated in multiple categories for the 54th annual Grammy Awards, thanks to their latest album ‘Wasting Light,’ which is up for the prestigious Album of the Year trophy.
The legendary rock ‘n’ roll festival Lollapalloza is headed to South America for the second time next spring, and Foo Fighters have signed on to headline. Lollapalooza will make its way to Santiago, Chile, from March 31-April 1, and will touch down for the first time ever in Brazil for a April 7-8 stint in Sao Paulo.
Foo Fighters hooked up with veteran rocker Joan Jett last night (Nov. 15) on the ‘Late Show With David Letterman,’ tearing through a raucous version of the title track from the rock goddess’ 1989 solo debut album, ‘Bad Reputation.’

Foo Fighters posted a link to an event called “Hot Buns” on its Facebook page a few days ago, asking fans to “keep it clean.” The link led to a page on the band’s website featuring a picture of a man’s legs in cowboy boots standing in a shower. Pretty harmless, until one discovers the truth behind those boots: they belong to a member of the Foo Fighters, all of whom are naked as jaybirds and dressed as hillbilly truckers.

The hitmakers were performing at the iTunes Festival when Grohl spotted a man in the audience causing a scuffle.
