It's not uncommon for bands to have some inner tensions, but what better way to get rid of that than shooting a video where you and your bandmates get in some bare knuckle boxing. That's the setup for Dead Sara's latest video, 'Lemon Scent,' which primarily pits frontwoman Emily Armstrong and guitarist Siouxsie Medley against each other in a bloody battle.

Loudwire.com has put out their list of the 10 Best Rock Songs of 2012 and the number one spot goes to Dead Sara, a band that KLAQ had a lot of interaction with this past year.

First, D.S. came by our South by Southwest broadcast and performed live. Then they did a live set in our studios in May when they played at Tricky Falls. THEN, they headline one of the days at this years KLAQ Balloon Festival!

Day 1 of Balloonfest 2012 kicked off perfectly with the balloon launch at Santa Teresa Country Club at 6 a.m. and everything went perfectly, with all the balloons taking flight. Check out that gallery here. Then we moved the party to Wet N Wild to begin the rides, and of course, the concerts!
