U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner is just inches away from a full-blown...scandal.

It came out over the weekend that a picture of the some guy's junk was uploaded on the front page of Weiner's website. Weiner claims the pic was inserted by a hacker, but was then forced to withdraw after admitting he wasn't completely sure that the picture wasn't him.
