Five-year-old Sadie Cohen decided to give  her three-year-old sister Eva a free haircut, but it didn't turn out the way the girls expected.  Needless to say, they got an earful from their parents.  Then dad, WNPR reporter Jeff Cohen, decided to interview the girls about the worst haircut ever...
