Sun City Bacon Fest Costume Contest Rules

KLAQ is bringing bacon madness to Downtown El Paso on April 26th with Bacon Fest! We are also giving you the chance to win cash prizes for your best bacon-inspired costume, thanks to Sun City Sci-Fi.

Inspired by Buzz's idea of calling this event Bacon-Con, we are asking you bacon lovers to come dressed up in your best bacon inspired outfit.

NO ACTUAL MEAT will be allowed to be used as part of a costume.

You can wear bacon socks, a bacon sweatshirt, or even a bacon design dress! I think I just might order that one for myself.

There really is no fun in just buying a costume and you will increase your odds of winning by being creative. You can come up with a creative group theme, get your lover in on it, or even go solo as a delicious strip of bacon.

First Place: $500

Second Place: $250
