Sun Bowl Stadium Ranked Number 1 Sports Venue [VIDEO]

Sun Bowl Stadium has been named the best sports venue with natural scenery.

Lawnstarter.com released their top 10 sporting venues list and Sun Bowl Stadium, at the University of Texas at El Paso, was named the named the sports venue with the best natural scenery. Lawnstarter:

"ruled out enclosed or domed stadiums, focusing instead on outdoor venues with picturesque natural scenery like mountains and trees. (As you’ll see on our list, we’re suckers for mountains.) We judged each stadium based on whether fans actually could enjoy scenic views from their seats; that factor kept the bowl venues in Hawaii and the Bahamas off our list."

The 2016 Sun Bowl is Dec. 26 between the Miami Hurricanes and the Washington State Cougars. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster outlets and via ticketmaster.com.

Hopefully, there won't be any power issues like there were in 2011!
