People are heading to San Diego Comic-Con many different ways like hitchhiking, invisible plane and maybe even Batmobile. One man walked 645 miles to the big convention in honor his wife.

Dressed as a Stormtrooper Star Wars fan Kevin Doyle began his journey to Comic-Con on June 6, from Petaluma, California. He believes this journey will be cleansing process, along with keep his promise.

He promised his wife, who passed away from pancreatic cancer on November 7th, that he who keep her memory alive. He is doing this through Eileen's Little Angels, a foundation that provides gift bags to children going through chemo.

He arrived at Comic-Con on July 9th and ended his walk once he crossed the Golden Gate Bridge. It was a big step for Doyle to continue his healing process.
