There are some cats who will walk with a harness and leash with no problem. As for this cat Simon, he refused to walk with a harness attached to the leash. Dogs on the other hand show enthusiasm when you grab the leash but cats don't share the same excitement. Simon has a side pal "Wash" who managed to walk with a leash and harness attached but Simon just got dragged.
