I mean, if your neighbors are super hot do you even care about the amenities in your apartment building? This Chicago high-rise is hoping it can't hurt.

A new building in Chicago's River North neighborhood is hoping to entice potential tenants with some great amenities and interesting signs outside the building.

The apartment building at 805 North LaSalle has signs in the front that boast "heated dog run," a "sexy rooftop pool," and don't forget those "attractive residents."

CBS Chicago thought that maybe the sign was spelled wrong, so they went to investigate. And the sign does say "Attractive residents." How they judge their tenants is unknown.

Tenant David Sleeter has been living in the building since July and says he doesn't believe that he was judged on his looks before he turned in his application. He also stated that he wasn't required to turn in a photo with his apartment application. Sleeter also believes that a different sign should have been put outside the building.  According to Sleeter, people living in the building are "just basic, normal young professionals living in (Chicago)."

CBS Chicago reached out the the building's management, the property management and the owners of the building and no one wanted to comment on the controversial sign. The news station said that they were told the choice for the wording on the signs outside the building is decided by the building owners.
