Something you loved as a kid, could actually do your adult self a lot of good.

Gelatin. That wiggly, colorful, sweet snack may soon be back in your diet. Granted, it is kind of nasty. According to madehow.com:

Gelatin is a protein substance derived from collagen, a natural protein present in the tendons, ligaments, and tissues of mammals. It is produced by boiling the connective tissues, bones and skins of animals, usually cows and pigs.

It's also used as a preservative and, on the non-food side, to make medicine capsules, photographic plate coatings, and dying and tanning supplies. Forget all that though, the stuff is good for you! It's been proven to boost your immune system, prevent colds and...best of all...cure hangovers.

If Jell-O cures hangovers then, in theory, we can get blasted on Jell-O shots this weekend and have no issues Monday morning right?
