He is known for many things ... but standing still is definitely not one of them!

Richard Simmons is known for his flamboyant high energy positive attitude. Being obese as a teen he found an interest in fitness and has dedicated over 30 years of his life to helping others lose weight.

I don't know about you all, but I have seen a few of his workout videos and they are so cheery that you just have to join in. Here's a peak at one.

 

 

Recently, Simmons got challenged that he could not stand still for a full 60 seconds. Honestly, I doubt it too considering he's always moving around. Let's see:

 

He's such a trip! I just love his energy and the happiness he spreads to everyone. Here's another video I had to post which is hilarious. This is when he guest starred in 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?' Too funny!!

The Mini Stepper serves several purposes: weight loss and health maintenance. Exercising for 30 minutes or longer can help you burn calories and  lose weight. Works out the calves, quads, hamstrings and glutes. The stepper can also be used as a warm-up or cool-down before and after weight training routines. So ... I take it Buzz is working on his glutes ... sweet! I think he should post a video using this fine piece of equipment, but nothing will be better than him wearing the same outfit as Simmons!
