The FBI has labeled Insane Clown Posse fans, also known as "Juggalos" as gang members. Since then, there has been a lot of backlash insulting a lawsuit filed by the group against the FBI. But what really makes a Juggalo, and why are they so misunderstood?

The FBI looked at crimes committed by people either wearing Insane Clown Posse gear or having Juggalo tattoos and decided that they are "loosely organized hybrid gang." This claim has been vehemently denied by both the Juggalos and the Insane Clown Posse. This is why the Detroit horror core rap group decided to sue the FBI, along with four of their fans. Juggalos say that they are just misunderstood and are actually more like a large family, rather than the gang they are being stereotyped as.
