Raymond Mesa Still Pursuing The Television Career In California

Remember watching the news on KVIA and seeing Raymond Mesa early mornings? I came across this old news clip and remember his kind message after his broadcast. He was given an award for first place best reporter From Associated Press Television and Radio Association. Raymond Mesa's career got his start right here in the Sun City. I remember the times my grandma would prefer to watch him over anyone else. She always preferred him because of his "charming looks" which was her excuse. Raymond Mesa is residing in Los Angeles, California and continues to succeed! Throwback Thursday had me wondering where he was now and had to do some stalking. A former anchor you remember seeing beside Raymond on KDBC Nightly News was Liz Kern. She posted a Throwback picture of her and Raymond at KDBC in October.
