Selena was known for having such a huge heart and for her humble lifestyle. You're considered lucky if you got to attend her concert when she came to El Paso!

Selena was featured on a television program called "Tejano USA" which is what you will see above. The footage above was missing for a long period of time and 20 years later found. This interview was still on the camera that was donated to the museum's Spanish language television project by Univision. The man who directed this segment said he had looked everywhere for this interview after she passed and had no luck. The Smithsonian's National Museum of American History digitized Selena's interview to publish it for those who were a fan. This interview took place at Hemisfair Park in San Antonio in April of 1994. You can definitely tell Selena Quintanilla-Perez was a genuine soul.

Be sure to hear this rare interview of Selena that had been lost for 20 years!
