As we reported earlier, Lamb of God vocalist Randy Blythe was been found not guilty of manslaughter by a Czech court today (March 5). Metalheads worldwide are exhaling a long sigh of relief at the moment, and some of rock and metal's biggest names have offered their congratulations to Blythe for standing his ground and proving his innocence once and for all.

Blythe spent five weeks in a Czech prison this past summer when he was accused of manslaughter in the death of a 19-year-old fan named Daniel Nosek who attended a 2010 Lamb of God concert. Instead of avoiding the Czech legal system, the metal frontman chose to fly back to the Czech Republic to stand trial in the beginning of February and then again this week following a one month adjournment.

Mark Morton explains that there is still a sad aspect to this entire story.

Musicians such as Lacuna Coil's Cristina Scabbia have used Facebook as their means to congratulate Randy Blythe:

With all the respect for Daniel Nosek, a young guy (and fan of Lamb of God) who tragically died way too soon and a thought to his family who's mourning the loss, I am incredibly relieved and happy to hear that Randy Blythe is a free man now.

He is officially "innocent" as I thought he was from day one.

I am SO proud to have a friend who faced his responsabilities and acted as a honest and honorable man.

He could have run and hide as a coward, but he didn't.

We should ALL learn something from this.

Go back home soon my friend, the metal world misses you A LOT!!!!

Hellyeah's Vinnie Paul also took to Facebook for a congratulatory message:

OUR BRO RANDY BLYTHE IS A FREE MAN!!!! JUSTICE HAS PREVAILED!!! GET HOME SAFE BRO!!!! VP

Machine Head also chimed in with their congratulatory posting to Blythe. It reads as follows:

The entire Machine Head family would like to congratulate Randy Blythe from Lamb of God on being found "not guilty" today.

Incredible news!

As with any band, all of our fans are important, and the tragedy that involved Daniel Nosek, who sadly died way too soon, will not be soon forgotten by anyone in the metal community. To his family who are still mourning Daniel's loss, we offer our deepest sympathies, and these words...

"this shall pass, be still and know".

Randy is a hell of a man. It took balls to do what he did.
He could have hid, he could have just never left the U.S again, he could have went off the grid, he didn't. He faced it head on. That speaks louder than a Marshall stack.

Massive respect to him for his actions.

The Czech Republic is an amazing place, incredible sites to see, and unbelievable metal fans, hopefully now the misdirected anger towards their country can end, because justice has been served.

We'd like to send our best wishes to Randy Blythe, Lamb of God and the family and friends of both Blythe and deceased fan Daniel Nosek. Keep checking back for additional tweets and Facebook messages as musicians continue to react to Blythe's "not guilty" verdict.
