You've heard jokes about buying tickets to the Policeman's Ball to get out of trouble right? This cop really tried to make someone do it.

Philadelphia police officer Matthew Zagursky was secretly filmed threatening to tow a man's car unless he bought tickets to a thrill show presented to raise money for the families of cops and firefighters killed in the line of duty. In the vid, Zagursky says:

"You and your friend got any money to buy these thrill show tickets? Either you buy these or I take your car.

The cop also makes homophobic comments about the man's pink windshield wipers which, the driver explains, are in honor of his grandmother who's a breast cancer survivor. Philadelphia PD found out about the video after it was posted on facebook, Zagursky has been reassigned to desk duty.
