A church decided to give their pizza delivery driver a big tip as a holiday bonus. How much it was and how much it meant to the driver wasn't something they expected.

The Life Point Church in Mentor, Ohio, performed a random act of kindness that has changed a man's life. Jeff Louis is a pizza delivery driver for Gionino's Pizza and was called in to work early for a delivery. Louis grabbed the seven or eight pizzas and headed down to the church, where he was asked to bring a single pizza into the church and stand in front of the congregation. It was then that Life Point's pastor Ken Wright and the rest of his congregation came together to give him a massive $700 tip.

Pastor Wright told WKYC that he told the congregation he wanted to tip the driver $100 because "it's the holiday season." Instead, one by one the church members tipped him for a grand total of $700. The pizza delivery driver then recorded his reaction to the kind gesture and posted the video on YouTube. The video has now been viewed 700,000 times.
