Pittsburgh Neighbors Upset Over Man's Halloween Display

Brookline, a neighborhood within city limits, in Pittsburgh is upset about one man's Halloween display. He has decorated his home with plastic dolls, blood, and a cannibal bunny rabbit. Are these decorations too much?

Joe Dauria is the man causing the controversy with his decorations. He believes the decorations are done in the spirit of Halloween. The complaints have mostly been caused by the baby dolls he has hanging from the fence. Neighbors believe the display is just "too graphic."

According to city code, the decorations are fine, as long as they do not stay up for more than 90 days.
