Ohio Family Asked to Remove Their Graphic Halloween Display

It's that time of the year when people start finding their neighbors' Halloween displays graphic and disturbing. This Parma, Ohio, family have a pretty awesome Halloween display that features a wrapped body and two more brutally murdered dead bodies hanging around the yard. One is even hung on an upside down cross. No big deal if you have seen that new season of American Horror Story: Hotel.

All of this unnecessary yard-display-shaming started when a nine-year-old girl freaked out after seeing the display on her way to school. Her mother, Jackie Anselmo, even took a photo of the display to send to the city in hopes of getting the display taken down. Luckily, the city has no power in this situation because they told Anselmo the display is an act of freedom of expression.

One of the creators of this awesome display, Vicki Barrett says if they would have known the display was going to freak out children, they would have toned it down. Barrett and her husband have children who aren't even fazed by the graphic display, and I applaud those children. I know I would be freaked out but since I am not a little baby anymore, I think this is what Halloween is suppose to look like!
