Victory's parent company, Polaris, has decided to drop the brand. According to Polaris Industries CEO Scott Wine:

“This was an incredibly difficult decision for me, my team and the Polaris Board of Directors.”  “Over the past 18 years, we have invested not only resources, but our hearts and souls, into forging the Victory Motorcycles brand, and we are exceptionally proud of what our team has accomplished.”

This really sucks as Victory had developed a well made, good looking, really kick ass, American made motorcycle. On the bright side, as local dealers like Viva Powersports and Santa Teresa Motorsports try to sell off their remaining stock, prices could get really, really good.

Polaris promises to provide parts, service and warranty coverage for a 10 year period. and now plan to focus on Indian motorcycles. Maybe we'll see some cool new stuff from that line!
