All this week Nili Brosh is my Shredder of the week. While you might think the only reason for her being here is because I think she's attractive, and you'd be totally wrong. While I do find her attractive (hear that, Nili?), it's really about the playing.

No, really.

Here's a great example of what I mean. There's a guy out there named Guthrie Govan, who's one of the most nimble-fingered players on the planet right now, and this is Nili performing one of his songs, called "Wonderful Slippery Thing".

Get your mind out of the gutter.

Nili, originally from Israel, moved to Boston at a young age and began to attend Berklee College of Music, graduating in 2009 with a B.M. in Professional Music, and became one of the youngest faculty members, teaching guitar. The list of amazing musicians she has performed with is unbelievable, and she's young, so her future is bright. Give this amazing shredder a listen, and keep an eye out for her! And watch for her new album, hopefully due out soon!
