New Music Released Today – January 24, 2012

As you know, every Tuesday music and movies get released on CD, DVD and digital outlets. Being a rabid music junkie, I need to keep track of these things so I can get my fix on a regular basis. There are always a few interesting things coming out, and then some junk. You can pick which is which for you. Enjoy!

This week's picks are the new Lacuna Coil album "Dark Adrenaline". I've been a fan of this band since I heard the album "Unleashed Memories". Great dark rock/metal with both a hot female singer and a guy. Before Evanescence came out.

The new album has been promised as a return to a heavier sound, and more darkness.

Also you should check out the new Lamb of God album "Resolution". Randy Blythe and the guys consistently put out some of the heaviest music to come from American shores. The video for "Ghost Walking" is pretty freaking cool, too.
