Every now and then a great, Rock/Heavy Metal themed movie comes along. Could this be the next one?

American Satan is due in theaters October 13th and features a few well-known actors and musicians.  The film's website sums the plot up this way:

A young rock band, half from England and half from the US, drop out of college and move to the Sunset Strip to chase their dreams. Living in a van, their passion and talent exceed their means to survive. An enigmatic stranger sees their true potential and emotionally manipulates them during a time of weakness. Caught in the middle of a Faustian deal, their music and controversial altercations end up influencing society beyond anything this century has seen, but can they take back control of their destiny before it's too late?

Actors include Mark Boone Jr. (Bobby Elvis in SOA) and Malcolm McDowell. The band in the movie, known as The Relentless, features Black Veil Brides singer Andy Biersack, Asking Alexandria guitarist Ben Bruce and the vocals of Remington Leith. (Palaye Royale)  The soundtrack also features Korn, Skid Row, Deftones, The Pretty Reckless, Born Of Osiris, In This Moment and more.
