New At Streetfest This Year- Military Village

There are lots of new things happening at this year's Downtown Street Festival. One of those new ventures is the Military Village! This year at Streetfest there will be many new activities for you and your family to see and do! We've added the new USO Military Village at the event where you can check out some cool displays from our military branches. The USO Military Village will be located in the parking lot behind the El Paso Civic Center, adjacent to Durango and San Francisco streets. There will also be a kid zone inside of the Military Village to entertain the young ones!

The Army will be bringing a display and vehicle to semi-trailer display on site as well as an Army vehicle to check out. The Marines will have interactive features along with vehicles to tour. The Air Force are bringing their wrapped Ford Expedition along with an interactive gaming system you can play on, while the Navy will have football toss and a display. The Army National Guard are even bringing an inflatable boxing ring to play in, as well as vehicles and displays to see. There will be a USO Pathfinder exhibit and the kids zone will include a giant slide, two moonwalks, and a coloring contest. There will be even more things available to see and do in the Military Village so make sure you stop by to check it out! The USO Stage will feature live performances while the village is open with plenty of family-friendly entertainment.
