Neon Green Ribbon Worm Freaks out Fisherman

Ribbon worms are tiny little creatures that are freaking out the internet. This one captured by a Taiwan fisherman looks like something out of a sci-fi movie.

Months ago, a video of a bizarre ribbon worm spitting out this web from it's body, freaked out the internet. Now that social media knows what these creatures are and just when I am able to get over that video, we are hit with another one.

This crazy neon green ribbon worm has a weird long proboscis that it shoots out of its body to catch prey. It's like Scorpion from Mortal Kombat if he was in crazy worm form.

We can only hope that we don't start finding bigger and scarier worms in American. These worms might get their own SyFy movie with horrible graphics one day. Until then, we have to stick to YouTube videos to get our glimpse into just how screwed up nature is.
