I have no clue what they are saying in the film so I'm just going to take a wild guess. They are playing a game of red light, green light. If they move then they explode and spray yellow paint everywhere.

Around the 2:35 mark you see a random mouse and I have no clue how that relates to the 'Bouncy Ones'. I wonder if this movie is going to be released with English subtitles. If so I hope it's released here in El Paso or maybe Mexico.
