This week, Snowcross!! Granted, it wasn't a blinding snow storm in Utah this week, but I do believe this is a first for Supercross. Check out the pictures! (One above, and one below!!)

In practice, Stewart has the fastest lap time (was there ever any doubt on that one??) Approx 42 seconds ... even in the cold, Bubba's hot!

Lites news, Hansen has a shot at the championship, but settles for 3rd this week. Bummer; I was really hoping he'd pull it off. Oh well .. on to Supercross!

In the qualifiers Stewart gets a holeshot, Villopoto gets a face full of really cold dirt and Dungey is racing hard.

Stewart .. in the home stretch of a rough year!

Main event .. Stewart takes the hole shot, but he's NOT taking the podium. For most of the race though he holds the lead. In fact the "big 4",  (no, not Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax and Megadeth. The 4 horseman, as I have refered to them!) are the leaders. That is bad-ass ... I WISH I could have been there for this one. Stewart, Reed, Villopoto and Dungey are fighting tooth and nail for this one!! (Remember, next week it's all over but the shouting!)

Bubba, Bubba, BUBBA!! Once again, Stewart snatches defeat from the jaws of victory. Wiping out not once, but twice! Practically back to back crashes that will cost him the win .... and a spot on the podium.

Yep .. that V is STILL for victory!

And then there were 3. Reed, Villopoto and Dungey slug it out through the last lap, running into the last place riders and each pushing hard for the win. Villopoto takes it! His 6th win this year and a nice points boost! Reed takes second, my man Dungey gets third and Bubba gets to kick back and watch from the pits. 4th place for James.

What a race!! Next week, it all really comes to a boil! Vegas Baby .. and the new king will be crowned!!
