Motley Crue in Trouble. What Else is New?

Motley Crue "Too Fast For Love"
Owned by Ron Toma, apparently

According to TMZ, Ron Toma (who owns the copyright to the belt buckle photo used on “Too Fast For Love”) is suing Motley Crue and Live Nation.  The band is selling hoodies with the artwork on them on their website, and he claims, “they can’t do that”!

According to Toma‘s lawsuit, filed in Illinois Northern District Court, CRÜE and Live Nation used the image without permission on signature hooded sweatshirts they are selling on their web sites.

They’ve only been using that art for 30 freakin’ years…dumb-ass.
