Just imagine your 5 year old son is put on the wrong airplane, sent to the wrong city, and then to top things off, when the airline says you are about to be reunited, it's the wrong kid. Well, this unfortunately happened when JetBlue made the mistake and sent one kid to New York and the other to Boston.

It took three hours to get through this mess. Maribel Martinez is the mother suing JetBlue for “great emotional distress, extreme fear, horror, mental shock, mental anguish and psychological trauma”. She honestly thought her son had been kidnapped. And I don't blame her. That had to be one of the most traumatic experiences a mother could go through.

Her lawyer, prominent New York attorney, Sanford Rubenstein, says that they're looking to shine a light on JetBlue's practices to make sure this will never happen again.

“This never should have happened and the JetBlue employees should be ashamed of themselves,” Mr. Rubenstein told the New York Daily News.
