More Traffic Delays Ahead For El Paso This Week

If you got caught up in the freeway mess this weekend, get ready for more this week.

Work on the Spur 1966 project caused some big time traffic backups this weekend and this week, work on the I-10/Mill and Inlay project will cause a few more driving headaches. If you want all the excruciatingly boring details about this project, click here.

• Tonight through Thursday nights, all westbound lanes of I-10 will be closed between 7pm and 6am from the Redd Road overpass to the Texas State Line.
• I-10 East lanes will be closed on the east side nightly through Wednesday from 8pm to 6am from the Americas Interchange to the Eastlake overpass.
• Wednesday through Friday nights, they will close the westbound lanes in that same area from 7pm to 6am.
• Wednesday night and Thursday night, Gateway East will also be closed from 8pm - 6am along that same stretch between the Americas Interchange and the Eastlake overpass.
