Here’s the monster training tip of the day. Make sure you can ACTUALLY lift the weight that your attempting to lift.
You’ll get better results by using proper form. If you are gonna attempt to lift very heavy weight make sure you have a spotter because if you don’t you can injury yourself and somebody will film it and put it on the internet.
