Man On Drugs and Naked Eats Mail Before Cops Take Him Down

Drugs are seriously bad kids. PCP or bath salts are responsible for this man's crazy antics of running around naked and eating someone's mail. YouTuber Vaping With Friends recorded the incident that happened right outside of his yard.

The cameraman's biggest problem with the drugged up naked guy is that he ate his 1099 form and thinks the IRS won't truly believe why he needs another form. This video is solid proof that the IRS should give him as many forms as he needs because the guy didn't press charges on the naked man.
