A New York man is just now discovering that police dogs have pretty keen noses.According to the "Binghamton Press & Sun Bulletin," Kelly Simpson was arrested last Wednesday after he pet a police canine in Endicott that was out on patrol.  Simpson reportedly had marijuana in his pocket, which the dog was able to smell as soon as he got close.  The dog alerted its officer to Simpson, who was subsequently charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.  He has since been released on an appearance ticket.
