A man just wanting to show off his wicked cool stroomtrooper suit was arrested outside an elementary school in Massachusetts. Not only did the man just show up minutes before students were about to be released from school, he was also carry a large toy gun. Not the best idea these days.

I believe everyone should be able to wear a costume whenever they want, around people who won't call the cops. That usually means at family gathering or comic-cons, not schools. Parents of children who attend Brickett Elementary School were scared when they saw the man just standing there.

The principal held the kids from release until the police arrived to arrest the man, 40-year-old George Cross of Lynn. According to WHNT, "He was arraigned on charges of disturbing a school plus a city ordinance of loitering within a thousand feet of a school."

The man said he decided to wear his stormtrooper suit along with a black laser toy gun out in public, because he was on his way to show it off to his friends. The cops didn't find anything funny about his actions and neither did the parents. Hopefully, this guy will keep his stormtrooper suit in his closet, until the Star Wars premiere where people will be happy to see him.
