What he heck did the stop sign do that made Raymond Garcia fighting mad?     By the looks of his mugshot, it looks like the stop sign won the fight.  Officers in Roswell, New Mexico responded to a report of a man fighting a stop sign.  The man, 45-year-old Raymond Garcia, appeared to be under the influence of drugs.  He stopped fighting the sign, and started fighting police.  He was belligerent and ran from the two officers who Tasered him.  Garcia kept kicking at the cops when they got close to him.  The police Tasered him again, but he removed the Taser leads from his stomach.  Then he took a baton away from one of the officers and tried to use it on the cops.  Garcia isn't done yet, even after being pepper sprayed.  He just wiped his face and kept running.  Garcia was finally arrested and charged with aggravated assault against a peace officer, disarming and resisting officers.  A Roswell officer said that usually when someone is tased, their muscles contract and don't allow them to do anything and that's why normally they fall to the ground.  The police think Garcia had to be on some kind of drug that didn't let his system react normally.  We haven't heard yet if the stop sign will be pressing charges.
