The inspiring Machine Gun Preacher, Sam Childers, is in El Paso this weekend. Check out where you can see him preach and tell his amazing story!

Sam Childers is a former motorcycle gang member who grew up getting into trouble with the law. Childers straightened his life out, became a Christian and started a construction business. Childres traveled to Sudan for the first time in 1998, and since then, has worked to help the orphans of Sudan. Childers now has 6 orphanages in Sudan, with 5 of them up and functioning right now. He has helped over 1,000 children in Sudan with 200 orphans in the orphanages now.

A movie was made on Childers' life called, "The Machine Gun Preacher" starring Gerard Butler. The movie was based on the book about Childers' life, Another Man's War. He has a second book out now, Living On The Edge, and you can purchase the E-book through Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
