Local Band 101 – Volume 18: FrenZi

FrenZi join the ranks of local bands creating not only good music but, quality videos as well!

FrenZi, as a band and as individuals, are pretty young but they're getting a lot done including making a video for their song "Slow Town".  Here's what their Facebook bio says about 'em:

FrenZi is a progressive indie rock band, formed by teenagers from El Paso, Texas. We enjoy expressing our perception of the world, through music.
We are Audrey, Chantal and Dario. Chantal is the youngest member and is the lead singer and bass player; Audrey is the drummer and Dario, the guitar player.
We currently have 11 original songs and have been playing together for over a year and a half, at local venues in El Paso

As for the song, Audrey says it's "about stereotypes and not forcing yourself to be someone you are not just to be accepted. That is the message we wanted to send to others through our video".
