Lisa Sanchez Departs KLAQ Morning Show, Starts Afternoon Drive Position

We are proud to announce our very own Lisa Sanchez will be the host of the KLAQ afternoon drive shift on weekdays beginning March 2nd.

Lisa will be departing the KLAQ Morning Show to focus on the afternoon show which airs from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. daily. Buzz, Mando, and the gang are sad to see her go, but wish her the best of luck in her new role.

Lisa will bring her love of all things rock-and-roll to her new show as she conducts interviews, follows the latest news from Loudwire, and keeps you up-to-date on all the best blogs from KLAQ.com. She's excited to start her new role at KLAQ and is ready to bring the latest music news to the Sun City.

The afternoon spot has been without a full time host since Scott Ronson's leave of absence following his cancer diagnosis. Scott is focusing his time to be with his family, while he continues his fight with stage-4 lung cancer.
