Griffey appeared on 'SportsCenter' on Wednesday to help promote Upper Deck's 25th anniversary in a spot sure to warm the hearts of fans who own his iconic 1989 rookie card.

Veteran ESPN anchor Linda Cohn had the honors of doing the Q&A, which quickly devolved into an awkward conversation you might actually see on 'Curb Your Enthusiasm.'

For his part, Griffey quickly apologized for his behavior.
