Justin Bieber Releases Video of Racist Parody

This is awkward. After releasing an apology two days ago for a video showing Justin Bieber telling a racist joke and using the N-word, another video has been unearthed. Funny this is TMZ claims Bieber wanted to release it.

You are probably asking yourself, "Why would KLAQ talk about Justin Bieber?" Buzz and the KLAQ Morning Show enjoy making fun of tons of celebrities, and Bieber is just a walking joke.

Anyway, Bieber and his team allegedly wanted to release this video, because the singer wanted to "own up to his previous actions and take responsibility." He was 14-years-old at the time, so is that suppose to make it okay?

His mentor, Usher, reportedly knew about this video and made Bieber watch "historically racists videos" to try to show him the impact of using those words. Nice try Usher, but I think he needs more than a slap on the hand.
