When Judas Priest brings its farewell tour to the U.S. and Canada this fall, the band will have a few musical friends in tow.  Thin Lizzy and Black Label Society are Priest's support during the North American leg of its "Epitaph" trek.  The announcement was made at a press conference in Hollywood, California on Tuesday.  The North American leg of "Epitaph" begins at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas on October 12th.  Other big cities on the itinerary include Houston, Texas; Phoenix, Arizona; and Las Vegas.  Meanwhile, the worldwide tour launches across the pond in less than two weeks.  As previously announced, Judas Priest kicks off its live shows with a concert in Tilburg, Holland on Tuesday, June 7th.

In the leadup to "Epitaph," frontman Rob Halford has explained that he and his band mates want to go out on a high note, performing their material with energy in concert.  The English born singer will turn 60 this August.
