Insanely Scary Plan to Handle Plane Crashes [VIDEO]

A Ukrainian designer has come up with the craziest...and scariest...plan to save lives during a plane crash ever.

It's pretty simple, in the event of an emergency, the plane literally drops the entire passenger compartment. It's rigged with parachutes so, everyone floats gently to the ground instead of slamming into it. It's not really clear what happens to the pilots but, I assume they make it into the escape pod.

It even has a couple of reverse thrusters and huge cushions that inflate at the end of the "ride", to ease the impact. The cushions also allow the cabin to float in a water landing. (One thing they don't get into though is, how many peeps on the ground die when the rest of the plane finally hits.)

Anything that saves lives is a good idea and this one looks like it may even be fun!
