How To Beat Those Damn Automated F****** Phone Operator Systems!

Ever try and take care of something important on the phone and spend half your time just trying to get to a human being??

I HATE that.  If you want one thing, press 2.  If you want another thing, press 7 ... and half the time whatever you want isn't one of the options.  Grrrrrrr.

Anyway; in the interest of public service, here are a few tips to help you beat the system and actually TALK  to the man!
