Hit-And-Runs Happen More Than You Know In El Paso

Hit and runs are very common in El Paso and it sucks when you're the victim of one! Recently my co-worker was a victim of a hit-and-run yesterday afternoon. I told her she was crazy for still coming to work feeling the way she was feeling. It's unfortunate to say but some drivers in El Paso are straight up disrespectful. Now if you don't have car insurance or cop to your responsibility you don't deserve to drive. She said her and her father got hit at the lights at Zaragoza near the 7 Eleven across from Whataburger. The woman that hit them was in a blue old four-door car with a toddler in the back seat. The woman also appeared to has brunette wavy hair with a facial birthmark. The car has paper plates and is missing a fender. The accident happened twenty minutes or so before 3 pm.  Basically, the woman signaled them to follow her but due to the intense traffic they couldn't. The woman in the car took off like a bat out of hell and fled the scene. El Paso has a problem with drivers that tend to avoid taking responsibility.
