This New Mexico mom got her 6 pack back a mere six weeks after giving birth!

Kelly Tekin is a personal trainer in Albuquerque, New Mexico that is amazing the internet. The mother of three has documented her third pregnancy, showing her astonishing body while only gaining ten pound of body fat during her entire pregnancy.

Tekin continued to work out during her entire pregnancy and even shared some of those workouts on her website and Instagram. The photos are astonishing, especially the one showing the difference between her previous pregnancy and this one. Check out this photo of her at 29 weeks previously and now:

Her workouts include leg presses with 460 pounds, sled pulls with 300 pounds and still training and teaching classes through her business, Conditioned by Kelly Tekin.

Tekin  believes she spent about 800 to 1,000 hours in the gym during her pregnancy, to maintain her fantastic physique. She even designed classes and workouts specifically for other pregnant mothers. Many online followers ask Tekin for advice on workouts, meal plans and supplements specifically for expectant mothers.

Kelly gave birth to a beautiful baby boy on January 8th and says she ate clean and stuck to her fitness routine throughout her pregnancy and credits this with how she was able to get her abs back so fast. The trainer also said many women believe they need to eat for two which isn't the case. Excessive eating during pregnancy can actually lead to gestational diabetes and other birth complications according to Tekin.
