Green Party Candidate Jill Stein Campaigns In El Paso Friday

Green Party candidate for President Dr. Jill Stein will be in Texas the next few days. Listen to her speak when she is in the Borderland this Friday.

Dr. Jill Stein is the Green Party Candidate for President and will be speaking across Texas October 14th through the 17th. She will be in El Paso this Friday, October 14th for a public speaking event.

According to her campaign,

In Dr. Stein, Texans will find a revolutionary politician willing to stand up to the status quo and to the institutional ossification of both the Democratic and Republican parties. With polls showing a solid majority of Americans in favor of an alternative party, the Green Party offers a voice to voters disenchanted by the historically unpopular Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

Dr. Jill Stein will be in El Paso Friday, October 14th. Also in attendance will be:

• Mary Gourdoux, Green Party candidate for Congress (TX-16)
• Rodolfo Munoz, Green Party candidate for Texas Supreme Court
• Martina Salinas, Green Party candidate for Texas Railroad Commission
• Children of Mescalero Apache Dance Group
• Other guests & performers

There will be a rally with performances, speeches and a public meet and greet. The rally will take place at Cafe Mayan, located at 2000 Texas Avenue. The rally will start at 6:30 p.m.
